IMO Training Programme

Gearshift Group is a co-founder of the IMO (Innovation Management Officer) training programme. It is the first of its kind in Finland, giving a practical 360 degree view on innovation management. It is targeted at the top management: CXOs, Vice Presidents and executives on a management training track.
