Vesa Weissmann

Mr. Vesa Weissmann has been appointed a Senior Consultant at Gearshift Group. Vesa brings considerable consulting and acquisition integration experience to Gearshift Group and will head the firm’s Integration Practice.

Vesa has an MBA degree and over 20 years of experience from leadership positions in technology companies in Finland and abroad. Vesa has been the CEO of Barium Holding Abp (Sweden), Chairman of the Board of Donator Ab, and an investment director at Menire Oyj. He has also served as the Director of Business Development and Operations at ICL Invia Oyj (currently Fujitsu).

Heikki Tiittanen

Mr. Heikki Tiittanen has been appointed as a Research Associate at Gearshift Group. Heikki is conducting research on optimal SME strategy development practices. Heikki will work with Gearshift Group consultants and clients to further develop Gearshift Group’s strategy development toolkit and create even more effective methods for practical, hands-on strategy development and implementation.

Heikki is a M.Sc. student from Helsinki University of Technology and has previously worked for e.g. Digital Chocolate, Inc.
